Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.10.2015 and consequently, direct them to issue necessary direction to the 4th respondent to disburse the loan amount of Rs.10,75,000/- towards eying the poultry farm in the light of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.2242/A2/2014, dated 13.11.2014 passed by the 3rd respondent within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.10.2015 and consequently, direct them to issue necessary direction to the 4th respondent to disburse the loan amount of Rs.10,75,000/- towards eying the poultry farm in the light of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.2242/A2/2014, dated 13.11.2014 passed by the 3rd respondent, within a time frame.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that even though he made an application seeking for loan towards eying the poultry farm as early as on 03.07.2014 and subsequently, the 3rd respondent has also passed a proceedings on 13.11.2014 in favour of the petitioner for grant of such loan followed by pledging of some properties by the petitioner, the said loan amount has not been disbursed so far by the respondents 1 and 2. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation on 23.10.2015, seeking for disbursement of such loan. As his request for grant of loan is pending for more than one year, he has approached this Court and filed the present Writ petition.

3.Mr.K.Mahesh Raja, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents, submitted that the petitioner's request will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed on merits and in accordance with law.

4.Accordingly, without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, I only direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's claim for loan and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
