This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction to forbear the respondents 1 to 4 from granting building plan permission/approval to the fifth respondent within the prohibited distance as prescribed under the Tamil Nadu Mines and Minerals Concession Rule, 1959 from the petitioner's quarry site. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. 3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
