ORDER

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. Mr.R.J.Karthick, learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent, submitted that he has filed vakalat for respondent Nos.2 to 6 as well and has raised only formal objection to this petition.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
