... Contemnors/Respondent PRAYER: Petition filed under under Section 11 of the Contempt of Court Act, 1971, to punish them for the willful disobedience of the order of this Court om W.P.(MD)No.17015 of 2012, dated 18.07.2019. Prayer in WP(MD). 17015/ 2012 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents 2 to 4 to provide to the petitioner all the retirement benefits including the regular pension and the leave salary with appropriate interest from 01.08.2006 till the date of payment and pass any further or other orders.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent reported that the order passed by this Court was comlpied by passing a G.O.(D)No.450 Municipal Administration and Water Supply (ME.IV) Department, dated 30.11.2021. But, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that only the order is passed and the consequential terminal benefits are not paid.

2. Therefore, this Court directs the respondents, to pay consequential monetary and other benefits as per the G.O.(D)No.450 Municipal Administration and Water Supply (ME.IV) Department, dated 30.11.2021.
