ORDER

This petition has been preferred by the petitioner/wife to withdraw the case in F.C.O.P.No.25 of 2019 from the file of the Family Court, Namakkal and to transfer the same to the file of Principal Sub-Court, Dindigul.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for allowing the petition for transfer. 3.Hence, this Court is inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the proceedings in F.C.O.P.No.25 of 2019 is withdrawn from the file of Family Court, Namakkal, and the same is transferred to the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Dindigul, for disposal on merits. 4.The learned Judge, Family Court, Namakkal is directed to send the entire records to the Principal Subordinate Court, Dindigul, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Dindigul is directed to dispose the proceedings in F.C.O.P.No.25 of 2019, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
