ORDER

The writ petition has been filed, challenging the order passed by the first respondent, dated 13.02.2015, cancelling the licence granted to the petitioner.

2.When the writ petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent submitted that challenging the very same order, the fourth respondent had filed a writ petition and the writ petition was already disposed of by this Court, by way of remanding the matter to the authorities for fresh orders. Pursuant to the same, after enquiry, a fresh order has been passed by the authorities and challenging that order, a revision was filed and the same was also dismissed. 3.In view of the above submissions, this Court is of the view that nothing remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition. Accordingly, the same is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
