The petitioner seeks for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent, District Elementary Educational Officer, Ramanathapuram District, to consider and pass orders forthwith on the petitioner's proposal to the second respondent dated 17.02.2018, together with the remainders thereto dated 22.02.2018, 27.02.2018, 06.03.2018, 11.03.2018 and 19.05.2018 for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the registration of the Secretary of the Kshatriya Hindu Nadar Elementary School, Perunazhi, Ramanathapuram District run by the Perunazhi Kshatriya Hindu Nadar Pallikal Abivirithi Sangam.

2. The petitioner is an Educational Agency. They have selected new Office Bearers and sent a representation dated 17.02.2018, to the second respondent for approval of the registration. It was followed by reminders dated 22.02.2018, 27.02.2018, 06.03.2018, 11.03.2018, 10.05.2018, 19.05.2018. In spite of the same, no orders have been passed. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the second respondent to consider the request of the petitioner dated 17.02.2018, after verifying appropriate records and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
