ORDER

This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to implement the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram, in Cr.M.P.No.9468 of 2024 dated 01.02.2024.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submits that the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram, in Cr.M.P.No.9468 of 2024, was received only last week. He further submits that the respondent-police will comply the said order within fifteen days.

3. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court without issuing notice to the third respondent, is inclined to pass order in this petition.

4. In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Court directs the respondents 1 and 2 to comply the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram, in Cr.M.P.No.9468 of 2024 dated 01.02.2024, within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
