Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

2. By consent of both sides, the writ petition is taken up for disposal.

3. The petitioner made a representation on 10.09.2014 to the third respondent to give family pension to her. Since no orders have been passed, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. Taking note of the fact that the petitioner's representation is pending consideration with the third respondent, the third respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
