When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli, in Cr.M.P.No.3716 of 2020, dated 03.07.2020 and now the case has been charge sheeted, nothing survives for further adjudication and hence, the matter become infructuous.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondent also admitted that already investigation was over and 2/4

a final report was filed on 14.02.2020 and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.1078 of 2020, by the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli.

3. In view of the above said submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on either side, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
