ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that this Court passed an interim order on 13.04.2016, wherein the third petitioner was directed to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) towards maintenance. The learned counsel would submit that not a single paise has been paid by the third petitioner till date.

2.The learned counsel also submit that the case is being adjourned from time to time and taking advantage of the interim order of stay granted by this Court, the petitioners are not even appearing before the Court below.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that he was not able to get instructions from the petitioners inspite of his best efforts to contact them.

4.In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Criminal Original Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The Court below is directed to complete the proceedings in D.V.A.No.41 of 2015, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioners 1 and 2 shall be represented by a counsel and they shall appear before the Court below as and when required by the Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
