ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed praying this Court for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to take the appeal, dated 02.08.2007 on file and dispose of the same, in accordance with law.

2. Mr.J.Gunaseelan Muthiah, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it

would suffice, if the appeal of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4. In view of the limited scope of the prayer, the second respondent is directed to consider the appeal of the petitioner dated 02.08.2007, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested parties, if any, and pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
