ORDER

This petition has been filed praying to direct the Respondents 1 & 2 to take appropriate action against the third respondent by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 24.05.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents.

3.According to the petitioner, he made a representation, dated 24.05.2018 to the respondents seeking to take appropriate action against the third respondent. As no order has been passed in the said representation, the petitioner has filed this Criminal Original Petition with the aforesaid prayer.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner is pending with the second respondent and the same will be considered in accordance with law.

5.In the light of the above, without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 24.05.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the aforesaid directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
