O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.Today, when the Criminal Original Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, the second respondent police initiated an enquiry in C.S.R.No.446/2020 and after due enquiry, the same has been closed on 15.07.2020. Further, according to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), as of now, no petition/complaint is pending against the petitioner before the second respondent.

3.The submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) is recorded.

4.Hence, it is made clear that no complaint is pending against the petitioner before the second respondent, the respondent police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
