PRAYER :- This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the 2nd respondent to file the final report in Crime No.429 of 2021 dated 24.10.2021 within a stipulated time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that investigation in this matter has been completed and the same was closed as "Mistake of Fact" and the report has also been filed before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the complaint has been closed, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate protest petition before the concerned Magistrate Court and take further legal action as per law.
