This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records in connection with D.V.No.4 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam, Virudhunagar District and quash the same.

2. On a reading of the complaint in D.V.No.4 of 2016 preferred by the respondent, this Court finds sufficient materials for the proceedings to go on and hence, this is not a fit case to quash the same. However, the presence of Sutharavalli, second petitioner and Thiruselvam, third petitioner is dispensed with in D.V.No.4 of 2016 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam, provided they are represented by an advocate. Whenever their presence is specifically required, it is open to the learned Magistrate to insist for their presence before the Court.

3. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
