ORDER

The Petitioners have come up with this Criminal Original Petition, seeking a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to conduct proper enquiry on the complaint of the 1st petitioner dated 27.03.2018 and proceed in accordance with law.

2. Heard Mr.C.T.Perumal, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.M.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first and second respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. On the side of the petitioners, it is stated that the amount

involved is more than Rs.1,00,00,000/-(Rupees one crore) and the respondent police may be directed to register the case and to proceed in accordance with law.

4. On the side of the first and second respondent, it is stated that the proceeding is initiated in No.PE.109/2018/PWD/KK, the copy of the memorandum is filed to that effect.

5.Recording the above said submissions, this Criminal Original petition is closed.
