ORDER

The above Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner/wife to withdraw the H.M.O.P.No.243 of 2018 on the file of the Family Court, Dindigul and transfer the same to the Family Court at Madurai.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the respondent/husband has no objection to allow this petition. However, he prays for a direction for early disposal of the said case.

3.Taking note of the above submission, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the petition in H.M.O.P.No.243 of 2018 pending on the file of the Family Court, Dindigul, is ordered to be withdrawn and transferred to the file of learned Judge, Family Court at Madurai. The learned Judge, Family Court, Dindigul, is directed to transmit the entire records of H.M.O.P.No.243 of 2018 to the learned Judge, Family Court at Madurai https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

TR.C.M.P.(MD) No.122 of 2019 and the learned Judge, Family Court at Madurai, is directed to dispose of the same, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
