ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam to dispose the S.T.C.No.14 of 2021 within the time 1/4

frame stipulated by this Court.

2. This petition has been filed on the ground that warrant is pending against the respondent and is not executed so far.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor required to verify the stage of the warrant that is issued by the Inspector of Police, Chinnamanur Police Station.

4. The officer of the Chinnamanur Police Station is not present before this Court today.

5. There shall be a direction to the Inspector of Police, Chinnamanur Police Station, to execute the above said warrant within a month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. After appearance of the accused, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam, to dispose the main case within four months thereafter. 2/4

6. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
