O R D E R

The petitioner seeks limited relief for issuance of Mandamus to direct the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's appeal in O.Mu.D.3/1862250/2024, by carrying out necessary correction in the Tamil Nilam online portal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. With the consent of learned counsel on either side, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

4. The petitioner merely seeks for rectification of an error, which according to the petitioner is throwing up his private lands as Anatheenam lands in the online portal. The petitioner only seeks for the said error to be rectified.

5. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. Without going into the merits of the petitioner's entitlement for rectification, the first respondent is directed to enquire the petitioner's appeal for rectification and 2/4
