By consent, the Writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner seeks for a direction to the 4th respondent to issue integrated certificate so as to enable the petitioner to get the compassionate appointment.
3.It is stated by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that even though the petitioner has obtained individual certificates like legal heirship certificate, nativity certificate and income certificate, etc., from the Tahsildar, as the appointment authority seeks for an integrated certificate, combining all those certificates together, he has approached the 4th respondent and sought for issuance of such certificate, which has not been issued so far.
