The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking quashment of the proceedings in Crime No.5 of 2015, on the file of the first respondent Police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the respondent Police have completed the investigation, in Crime No.5 of 2015, and filed a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Needamangalam, on 31.03.2016, but the same has been returned for certain compliances.

4. Recording the same, this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected criminal miscellaneous petition is closed.
