ORDER

******** (Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J. Alleging willful disobedience of the order of a coordinate Bench in W.A(MD)No.787 of 2019(batch), dated 17.09.2019, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. It is now stated that as against the order passed in the writ appeals, the Government has preferred appeals in Petitions for Special Legal to Appeal(C) Nos.8489 - 8491 of 2022 and vide order dated 20.05.2022, the judgment made in the writ appeals has been stayed.

3. When the Hon'ble Supreme Court is seized of the matter, it would not be appropriate to parallelly adjudicate the present contempt proceedings. However, if the petitioner is granted liberty to work out his remedy subject to the outcome of the S.L.Ps., ends of justice would be served.

4. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy, subject to the outcome of the Special Leave Petitions.
