This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the legal notice dated 16.04.2021 and the representation dated 06.05.2021 of the petitioner and disburse the pay and 1/3
allowances to the petitioner for the period from 11.11.2020 to 15.11.2020 and for the months for February, March and April 2021 duly fixing the pay in the upgraded post of SSI from 01.11.2020 and also pay interest at 18% p.a. for the delayed payment of salary from 01.11.2020 to April 2021, from the due dates of payment to the actual dates of payment and also direct the respondents 1 and 2 to pay a compensation of Rs.2,00,000/- for the sufferings undergone by the petitioner within a time limit to be fixed by this Court.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents on instructions submitted that the representation of the petitioner was considered by the second respondent and passed an order vide proceedings in R.C.No.A2/2996/2021 dated 04.06.2021. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.
3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition is dismissed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order, he is at liberty to challenge the same in the manner known to law. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents is directed to serve a copy of the order to the learned counsel for the petitioner. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
