ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) The grievance of the petitioner is that there is no free flow of water to Mela Alangulam Kanmoi, since there are some obstructions and encroachments.

2. Mr.B.Pugalendhi, learned Special Government Pleader on instructions would submit that there is a culvert which will allow free flow of water to the said Kanmoi. However, the petitioner can address his grievance to the Assistant Director, Panchayat, Tirunelveli/third respondent herein, who will look into the matter on its own merit.

3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
