2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the first respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil, on 05.09.2017.

4.In the light of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition becomes infructuous.
