This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the case in Crime No.23 of 2012 pending on the file of the first respondent.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that investigation in Crime No.23 of 2012 has been completed and the case has been closed as 'mistake of fact' and final report has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi. A copy of the final report has been produced before the Court to that effect. 3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, Crl.MP(MD)No.4827 of 2018 is closed.
