To STAY all further proceedings in I.D.O.P.No.51 of 2018 on the file of Principal District Judge, Coimbatore pending disposal of the above Tr.CMP(MD)No.145 of 2019 and thus render justice. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.PRABHU RAJADURAI, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- Though the counsel for the petitioner says that the notice has been served on the respondent and filed the proof, it is seen that the notice has been received by one C.Jeyaseeli. The learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to connect the said C.Jeyaseeli to the respondent.

2.In this circumstances, the counsel for the petitioner is directed to take fresh notice to the respondent returnable by three weeks. Private notice is also permitted.
