O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.20 of 2019 on the file of the learned Family Court, Trichirappalli, to the Family Court, Madurai. 2.On the side of the petitioner it is stated that the petitioner has to take care of her 2 years old famale baby and she is not in a position to travel to Trichy.

3.The learned counsel for the respondent represented that the respondent is now working in Germany and the travel from Germany to other countries is prohibited due to Corono virus. It is further stated that the respondent is represented through his Power of Attorney. In H.M.O.P.No.20 of 2019 only the Power of Attorney is appearing before the Court in Trichy.

4.The respondent is represented through his Power of Attorney, no prejudice will be caused to the respondent. Travelling to Trichy or travelling to Madurai from Germany will not make much difficult.

5.With the above observation, the H.M.O.P.No.20 of 2019 is withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, Trichirappalli and the same is transferred to the Family Court, Madurai. The Family Court, Trichirappalli, is directed to transmit the entire records in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

TR C.M.P (MD) No.148 of 2020 H.M.O.P.No.20 of 2019 to the Family Court, Madurai. Family Court, Madurai, is hereby, directed to issue fresh summon to the respondent after the case is transferred and renumbered. 6.With the above the directions, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
