ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend the petitioner's father name as Mari instead of Nagarajan in Crl OP(MD) No.828/2026, dated 12.01.2026.

2. According to the petitioner, the name of his father has been wrongly mentioned in the petition, which has been reflected in the order dated 12.01.2026. Hence, prays to allow the petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) has also admitted that the petitioner's father's name was wrongly mentioned.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated by the petitioner in the affidavit, this petition is allowed. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction before issuing a copy of the order to the parties concerned.
