O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Lalgudi, Trichy District to complete the trial proceedings in connection with C.C.No.29 of 2015 within a time as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. On a reading of the "B" diary extracted, it is seen that summons have not been served on A.1 in C.C.No.29 of 2015. Under such circumstances, this Court directs the respondent police to serve summons on A.1 in C.C.No.29 of 2015 expeditiously. If it is found that A.1 is absconding, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Lalgudi is directed to issue warrant for securing his presence for the purpose of speedy trial of the case.

4. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
