ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.608 of 2017 and to file final report within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Padmanabhapuram, on 26.02.2018 and the same was not taken on file. 4.Recording the above submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
