Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the order of the 1st respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.217/2015(1) / A1 dated 03.11.2015 and quash the same as illegal consequently to direct the 1st respondent to cancel the work order issued in favour of the 2nd respondent for completing the work under package No.1 referred in R.C.No.217/2015/A1 dated 21.09.2015 and to conduct a fresh tender process for the same.
