ORDER

The order of the Writ Court was a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's request for refixation of his salary, pension and other monetary benefits, within the stipulated time. Since the respondents had failed to consider the request of the petitioner in time, the present contempt petition has been filed. 2.Pending Contempt Petition, on 15.03.2022, the second respondent had disposed of the petitioner's representation. As such, it cannot be said that the disobedience alleged is willful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order disposing of his representation.
