2.The petitioner was granted permission to conduct the petition mentioned temple festival. The permission for conducting orchestra was denied. Hence, this writ petition came to be filed. 3.I fail to understand as to why permission should be denied for conducting light music programme. In any temple festival, light music functions are invariably permitted. Merely because, parliament elections are proposed to be held, there is no ground to say "no" to the petitioner. I interfere with the impugned proceedings to the extent it denies permission to hold light music function. 2/4
