PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents Transport Corporation Bus conductors and drivers from calling the petitioner village Kazhugur Bus stop as Kaspa Bus stop instead of Kazhugur Bus stop.

************ [Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] We have heard Mr.R.Murugappan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.K.Manickam, learned Standing Counsel for Government appearing for the first respondent. 2.The petitioner by way of this Public Interest Litigation has raised an objection with regard to the manner, in which, the name of the bus stop in the village is called.

3.According to the petitioner, it should be called only as 'Kazhugur bus stop' (fO$u;). But they are calling the bus stop by different name as 'Kaspa bus stop'.

4.However, there is nothing on record to show that the official respondents have installed any board to call the bus stop as 'Kaspa bus stop'. In the event, the respondents instal any board in the bus stop, then the bus stop can be named appropriately and the District Collector shall take a decision in that regard. 5.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
