ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to instruct the 2nd respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner's family and the respondents 3 and 4 subjected in O.S.No.67 of 2019 on the file of the learned District Munsif Court, Kodaikanal on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 15.05.2021.

2. The case of the petitioner is that there was a civil dispute between the petitioner's family and the respondent Nos.3 and 4. Therefore, the third respondent has filed a suit in O.S.No.67 of 2019 which is pending before the learned District Munsif Court, Kodaikanal. W.P(MD)No.9729 of 2021 civil dispute between them. Therefore, the petitioner has also given a representation on 15.05.2021 to the first respondent. Since the first respondent did not consider the representation, the petitioner left with no other option has approached this Court by way of this Court.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Nos.1 and 2.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint given by the fourth respondent was registered and after enquiry, it was closed on 13.03.2021.

5. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
