Therefore, the Writ Petition is closed as infructuous. The learned counsel also states that one Appeal under Section 17 is pending before the Debt Recovery Tribunal and that conditional order passed by the Tribunal was also not complied with. This Statement is recorded. No costs. Consequently, Connected MP (MD)No.1 of 2015 is also closed.
