RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner by this Hon ble Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.6765 of 2020, dated 29.06.2020 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.KALAIYARASI BHARATHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition.

2. This Court, by an order dated 29.06.2020 in Crl.OP.(MD) No.6765 of 2020, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily twice at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (criminal side).

4. According to the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly and the investigation is substantially completed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.
