ORDER : This Petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court and the requisition letter submitted by the II Additional District Munsif, Tiruchirappalli, vide letter in D.No.1002/2018 dated 06.10.2018, which was forwarded by the Principal District Judge, Tiruchirappalli vide letter in D.No.10203 dated 09.10.2018, and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.CHANDRAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and Mr.A.BASKARAN, Advocate for the Respondent, this court made the following order:- The time sought for by the Court below is granted.

2. The Court below is directed to dispose O.S.No.763 of 2018 on the file of the II Additional District Munsif Court, Tiruchirappalli, within a period of two months and report compliance to the Registry, without fail.
