3. On the side of the petitioner, it is represented that the petitioner / wife is now residing with the respondent / husband and at the instance of the efforts taken by the elders of their family, now living together peacefully and hence, this petition has become infructuous.

4. In view of the above representation, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
