O R D E R
This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 5 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and her family members' life and limb, by considering her representation, dated 05.05.2021.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the sixth respondent developed illegal intimacy with the petitioner's husband, due to which, the petitioner preferred a complaint against the sixth respondent on 29.05.2019 to the third respondent which was registered as C.S.R.No.107 of 2019 and the same was enquired by the third respondent. After enquiry, the sixth respondent gave a written undertaking that she would not interfere into the petitioner's life. Thereafter, the sixth respondent and her hooligans continuously, are making life threat to the petitioner and her mother and hence, she made a complaint, on 05.05.2021, before the respondents 1 to 5, seeking police protection. The grievance of the petitioner is that so far the respondents 1 to 5 did not take any action.
Hence, the petitioner filed a present petition before this Court seeking police protection. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 5, on instructions, would submit that the representation of the petitioner, dated 05.05.2021 will be considered by the respondents 1 to 5.
4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 5.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondents 1 to 5 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.05.2021 by following the due process of law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
