Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner has submitted a representation to the third respondent for including his name as a joint pattatdar in respect of the petition mentioned property. It is seen that there is a rival claimant. The third respondent is directed to issue notice to the other interested parties including the rival claimant and after holding an enquiry pass final order on the petition mentioned representation within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The rights of the contesting parties are left open. The only direction that has now been given is speedy and time bound disposal of the petition mentioned representation.
