O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to take appropriate action as against the respondents 3 to 5 for the illegal activities by misusing their official capacity based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 26.04.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 & 2.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner made a representation, dated 26.04.2018 seeking to take appropriate action as against the respondents 3 to 5. No action has been taken so far on the said representation of the petitioner and the same is pending. Hence, the petitioner filed this present writ petition before this Court with the aforesaid prayer.

petitioner would be considered by the second respondent in accordance with law.

5.In the light of the above facts and circumstances, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 26.04.2018 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing an opportunity to the parties concerned.

6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
