ORDER

Alleging non compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.15556 of 2012 dated 07.09.2018, this contempt petition has been filed.

2.Today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would state that as against the order passed in the above writ petition, W.A(MD)No.155/2021 was filed and the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court by order dated 03.03.2021 has granted an order of interim stay.

3.Recording the above submission, this contempt petition is closed for the present.
