This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to take appropriate action as against the second respondent in the act of misusing the official power by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 25.05.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner made a representation, dated 25.05.2018 seeking to take appropriate action as against the second respondent. No action has been taken so far on the said representation of the petitioner and the same is pending. Hence, the petitioner filed this present writ petition before this Court with the aforesaid prayer. 4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent would submit that the representation filed by the petitioner would be considered by the first respondent in accordance with law.
5.In the light of the above facts and circumstances, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 25.05.2018 on merits and in accordance with law, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing an opportunity to the parties. 6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
