This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 2 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. R1 & R2 name printed in the cause list. Mr.A.Elango undertook to file vakalat for R2 and stated that he has no objection to allow this petition. Despite the name printed in the cause list, there is no representation for R1.

4.Therefore, for the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the Petition and on being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this Petition is allowed. 5.Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list it for admission in the usual course.
