The prayer sought for in this writ petition is to direct the 1st respondent to dispose the petitioner's appeal, dated 22.09.2015 forthwith.
2.Heard Mr.K.Prabakaran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the materials available on record. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that aggrieved over the order of the 2nd respondent, dated 03.08.2015, the petitioner preferred an appeal before the first respondent, on 22.09.2015 and the same is pending without any progress. It is further submitted that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal at the earliest. 4.Learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the respondents 4 to 6 have been arrayed as parties in the appeal, which is pending before the 1st respondent and after providing opportunity to the necessary parties, orders will be passed in accordance with law.
5.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this writ petition, without going into the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeal of the petitioner, dated 22.09.2015 purely on merits and in accordance with law, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the necessary parties, if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the order copy and communicate the decision to the petitioner. No costs.
