This Petition has been filed to extend the time for executing the sureties granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.3025 of 2025, dated 21.02.2025. 1/3

2.Mr.R.L.Dhilipan Pandian, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that due to ill health, the petitioners could not able to surrender. Hence, he prays to grant further time to surrender as well as to comply the order passed by this Court in the said petition.

3. Heard Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and time is extended till 17.04.2025 to comply the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.3025 of 2025, dated 21.02.2025.
