This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of the enquiry.
2.Today, when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent, the third respondent police initiated an enquiry in C.No.145/SPO/POR/2020 and after due enquiry, the same has been closed on 17.08.2020.
According to him, as of now, no petition/complaint is pending against the petitioner. 3.The submission made by the learned Government Advocate is recorded.

4. Hence, it is made clear that no complaint is pending on the file of the third respondent, the respondents police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him. 5.With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
